Remarks :
'Caliburn' is a lovely example of the ever popular Westerly Merlin Cruising Yacht. She is bilge keel in design, but capable of some lengthy sea journeys keeping your family safe.
Her sails are all within 11 years of age, and in good condition. They include a Main, Genoa and Cruising Chute. The original engine has been replaced by a BUKH 24hp Diesel, which has been regulary serviced and in good condition.
Internally she has an aft cabin, main a saloon with galley and chart table, aft heads and forward cabin. The saloon converts to a double (see photos) allowing her to sleep 7.
A small amount of 'Westerly headlining droop' is apparent, but nothing too serious.

Accommodation :
Walkway down from rear cockpit via 4 good sized steps.
Galley to Port, Chart Table to Starboard.
Aft cabin access on Port side, with double bed and storage space. Batteries beneath.
Heads access on Starboard side, with sea toilet (no tank), sink and storage.
Saloon has two seating areas, one converting to a double berth. Folding table in centre.
Forward cabin is a V berth, which converts into a double berth with storage.
