Remarks :
This Wauquiez Hood 38 is a fine example, she has been updated regularly by the current and previous owners. Her sails are in good shape, the cloth is very stiff, the standing rigging was replaced in 2012 and all of the canvas was replaced late 2017 and first used this season.
This is a great boat performance wise as she has a nice sail plan and ballast ratio, she has a lifting keel which allows her to be sailed in shallower waters but ultimately she is an ocean-going vessel. If you understand sailing yachts you will really appreciate the quality of a Wauquiez!
