She has been in the current ownership for the past 10 years and has been well maintained and updated from the very start of their ownership. She looks great and smells right with the important items renewed and in good condition.
They started in 2007 by removing the keels and having them re-embedded and have worked on the boat from there each year.

Accommodation
The Moody 31 has 6 berths, a double in the stern, a V berth in the bow and 2 singles in the saloon.
Toilet compartment is to port immediately aft of the navigation area with a jabsco marine WC and oilskin locker.
The chart area is to port with a chart table and stowage and navigator's stool. The galley is to starboard with the aft cabin immediately aft of the galley.
All of the upholstery was renewed in 2010 with comfort extra firm and dacron upholstery and is clean with no signs of wear and comfortable cushions throughout.
The cabin sole was re-fitted in 2011 in Cherry and Holly.
