Description
This Laurent Giles 55 Ketch is powered by a 2000 Perkins 135hp diesel engine, in 2016 this engine had it's water pump, fresh water pump and heat exchanger replaced.
She features dual-wheel steering with a helm throttle lever, the exterior gear lever was replaced in 2016, the bushing-gasket, rudder and packaging were also replaced at this time.
There is a 2000 Kohler 6.5kw generator on board, as well as a Vetus bow thruster and Ampair wind generator (which was overhauled in 2015).
Heating is supplied by a Eberspacher diesel heater and hot water is provided by a 220V boiler can also work directly from the engine.
This Laurent Giles 55 features a furling mainsail and a furling mizzen from 2009, she also has a furling genoa, spinnaker with spinnaker pole, mizzen spinnaker, MPS/gennaker and a storm jib.
