Her one owner has updated her when required and has had her professionally maintained. She has the upgraded Yanmar 100 hp engine, which is serviced regularly. In 2015 She had new standing rigging. In 2014 a new Garmin plotter with AIS was installed In 2015 her main and Genoa were replaced with new sails from Danders sails, Lymington. The Beneteau Oceanis 473 sleeps 8 in total. She has three double cabins and two berths in the saloon. The owners cabin is forward with an ensuite heads with full-size shower area. There is a settee, plenty of storage and a full hanging locker.
The twin aft double cabins also have hanging lockers and are bright with full headroom in the dressing area.
The galley has a front opening large refrigerator with ice box, cold box dry storage and an oven, grill and two burners.
The second heads are aft on the port side and has a shower, vanity unit and mirror.
The saloon is spacious with a very large and comfortable dining area.
